1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Cyberloggie, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
Cyberloggie provides a consultant-led cyber security assessment service including a questionnaire, scoring engine, findings report, and remediation guidance. The service is intended for legitimate business use only.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorised access. You must notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
4. Payment
Assessment fees are charged as described on the Pricing page. Payments are processed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once the assessment has been submitted for consultant review, unless required by law.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of data and documents you upload. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely for delivering the service. You must not upload unlawful, sensitive third-party, or confidential content without appropriate authorisation.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use Cyberloggie to: attempt to breach platform security, submit false or misleading information, interfere with other users, or violate any applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cyberloggie assessments are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional compliance certification. We are not liable for any loss, breach, or incident arising from actions taken (or not taken) based on our reports. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant assessment.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, methodology, and software are owned by Cyberloggie Ltd. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
